    Buying Bitcoin for Sportsbook Deposit

Where can you purchase bitcoin with a credit card and have it in your wallet instantly to deposit into Sportsbook?

Coinbase can use credit card. Don’t know if bitcoin is instantly in your wallet at purchase though, been a while since I bought but have heard slow processing.

Coinbase, but they will rape you on the fees and rate! They use UK processor so your card will probably charge you an extra 3% international fee.

Coinbase got me. Charged me $21 fee to transfer $100 to sportsbook. First time ever using so started with a low purchase of Bitcoin to see how it worked. Won’t be doing that again.

heard bookmaker accepts a ton of different ones... not sure though. LTC transfer time and fees are so much better that you may want to roll with that.

20 minute LTC transactions.... hard to beat that... eth took about an hour yesterday, still better than the 2 hour btc moves (plus fees).. not even worth moving around anymore.

Better off depositing to book using cc. Bitcoin is no longer a decent option anymore. Most expensive way to get money to books and the slowest. It was great for awhile no longer.

yeah but cashing out wise it could take a month to get your money back via cc when it still only takes a few hrs via bitcoin

Which book are you playing? If BetOnline or Bookmaker, deposit using ETH or Litecoin instead, much cheaper and faster.

Fastest way to get Bitcoin into a Sportsbook if you don't have an online Coinbase account:

    1. Find your local Bitcoin ATM: https://coinatmradar.com/
    2. On your PC, create your Bitcoin wallet address with Electrum.
    3. Bring your QR code from your Bitcoin wallet address to the Bitcoin ATM or manually write your Bitcoin address.
    4. Deposit Cash into Bitcoin ATM.

There will be fees but if you want to get money in a sportsbook within a few hours. This is it.

Around my area, Bitcoin atms have 15%-20% markups which are ridiculous.

    I'm reading different things
Can someone confirm how long does it take to buy coins at coinbase if its your first time buying and you've verified your checking acct and debit card?

CreditCards are instant purchases on CoinBase but you have low limits if you're new (like $200, maybe $500). They, like Bitstamp charge 3.8% to use your CC. My bank also charges me an international fee of 3% if I use Bitstamp since it's in Europe. I don't have that extra fee if I use CB but you can most likely buy more using Bitstamp. Both are secure and quick.

REMEMBER - do not send your BTC directly from CB to a book. They will flag and close your account for sending to a gambling site. Send your coins to blockchain or somewhere else first, then send it to your book. I don't think Bitstamp flags accounts but I've never tried to send money from them straight to a book?

Look at what your book charges for coins as well. Heritage is free to send BTC but charges 2% to send alt-coins, so you might as well buy BTC initially.

Why do you keep repeating this? It's instant once verified there. first time or 100th time.

Just do it and find out!

And if it's not instant for you, then it's a problem with your account. Call Coinbase and ask.

Never had an issue moving crypto immediately after buying via credit card, but idk the 3 day wait is recent. Could be for first time buyers due to credit card fraud.
