Rams only lost the first game to SEA because of the "fumble through the endzone" rule.

I would say that "tanking" is kind of harsh. They are resting key players who are a little banged up or who you want to make sure are healthy for the playoffs. I mean can you imagine if Gurley blew out his knew against the 49ers? Everyone would be screaming about what an idiot McVay is.

Rams won't play the Seahawks if Rams get the 4 seed. Hawks will only get the 6 seed and then get blown out by the Saints in NO

Panthers can beat Rams in LA. Rams don't have a home field advantage vs. an experienced panthers squad. Rams young head coach overthinking these things already and will regret it

Not guarantee, but would play Philly if seeding holds in wild card round instead of Minnesota.

Of course. Rams are pretty deep and the 9ers are looking better but they're still the 9ers. I don't think the Rams are just going to lay down and say here ya go - we forfeit.

McVay is stupid. There is value to getting 3-seed over 4-seed.

Could be two upsets in Divisional round this year. In which case, you would host NFC Championship.

Atlanta -1 is consistent with a lot of the reliable power ratings right now, Carolina is a bit overrated by the media.

Personally, I don't like either team right now although Atlanta has the better home field advantage.

Sorry but the Falcons stink and have all year. Don't think they win even at home vs. Panthers and are a quick out in playoffs

Rams have played better on the road this year, so yes, It would be concerning. Panthers and saints also capable of beating Philly with ease. Cam threw 3 ints in the regular season game this year. You really counting on that to just magically happen?

I doubt the Rams are tanking for a seed.
More likely they are only resting stars to stay healthy
and giving backups a chance to play.
San Francisco will play hard to keep Jimmy G undefeated
and that is a recipe for injuries you don't want.

No matter what the Rams do, they are going to play a NFC South team because Atlanta will defeat Carolina in Atlanta. The Rams would be better off avoiding Atlanta in the first round because there will be plenty of Georgia fans in Los Angeles for the Rose Bowl. A lot of them would stick around for a few more days to see the playoff game if the Falcons are in it.

The great Corn Cobb Pipe shortage of 2017 will carry over in 2018 here in LA apparently.

Can you imagine how many amateurs are going to say the Rams + ATS are a gift from God?

Yes, pretty much the 9ers are a lock........

Look how many people in this thread, who's heads are spinning over justifying a side to take......

Not sure why Rams benching players when there's a good chance they play New Orleans for NFC title game..I get to keep Gurley and Goff healthy but looking ahead to play off not making Sense. Don't want to have to go to New Orleans? THO Rams are 7-1 on the road this year.

Can you imagine how many idiots posting on internet message boards will assume that a normal person would blindly put money on the Rams without literally any of their key players playing?
