20k deposit depends only on the amount of time it takes for miners to send to nitro-the bigger the miner fee the faster. Lately for me 1-2k deposits take at least 2-4 hrs to be in my nitro account.

Typically it doesn't matter if you're sending $50.00 or $20,000 in a transaction... it's all the same. The only difference now is how fast do you want it confirmed? Going rate right now is around $30.00 in fees to be confirmed in under an hour.
