It’s all in the water as far as good pizza and some parts of the country don’t have good water so the pizza is terrible

JJ is right pizza is all in the dough, of course you need premium toppings, but a good dough is made from quality water. Or for some odd reason east coast tap...thin crust is best, and yes you want that perfectly burnt crust nobody wants a doughy fukin crust. Solid video gold

I like Chicago style. Gino’s East, Giardano’s. But to me it’s not pizza, its something else.

    NY style is my favorite.

I also like Ledo Pizza out of Maryland. If you’ve never had it, it is really it’s own thing, I highly recommend if you see one. Stealthy and Manster will vouch for this.

I don't understand all of the love for Gino's East.

First time in Chicago I asked somebody working at the hotel for the best pizza in Chicago and that is where they told me to go.

Very underrated pizza there. Either that or it was an off day for them, I dunno.

Then the next day, walking around Chicago I go into some random pizza place to grab a slice and a beer. It was some little hole in the wall and I cannot remember the name of the place. it was the best pizza I ever had in my life. Wish I could remember the name.

Was it Chicago-style deep dish at the hole in the wall?

I like the corn flour crust at Gino’s. It is unique.
