    Thunder are a joke

This team just sucks. I don't see them figuring out anything this season. Offense is abysmal and no cohesion at all.

I think they should bring Carmello off the bench, he can't play more than 30 minutes a game and the bench is horrible. They need better shooters too.

Carmelo is the only reason they competed tonight

    Morino you're slacking

Looks like you guys forgot how this team was last year? Give it to westbrook at the top of the key and get out of the way. Same thing this year. It's all about westbrook. The guy doesn't move if he doesn't have the ball. At least George and Melo move around the court. Westbrook passes it to one of them then just stands 3 feet outside the 3 line.

Come on man - Melo takes shots from Westbrook. Westbrook needs to shoot consistently or he looses his rhythm. Westbrook defers too much with this lineup and then he tries to takeover at the end but he has no rhythm.Melo would be far more effective coming off the bench and finishing game fresh.

Carmelo was due for a good game after 17, 10, 15, and 16 on like 30% shooting. Oh and they lost again. He sucks. Whenever he touches the ball everything stops. He holds on to it and forces up a contested shot every time. Every now and then he has a good game because he's talented but he doesn't have his legs anymore. He should be taking 10-12 shots a night and becoming more of a role player. He's still a good shooter. He can be valuable as a spot up shooter. It's time to accept that role.

well those 2 early late game losses to TimberWolves in unreal fashion
kinda set the tone for their season
Think they will right the ship to make playoffs
but as far as covering any season wins bets , not so sure

When someone suggests that Patterson should start over Melo, I dismiss them automatically.

Melo is more efficient than Westbrook with his shots. This is not the type of team where Melo can be a role player.... who the hell is gonna score? Paul George? LMAO

    Hes right here fellas
Melo is lazy to, big body but he isnt too athletic at all
When he gets the ball time freezes
    Westbrook needs to Westbrook
    More shots , more penetration
Even Paul george lookin like Melo on the offensive end
waiting to be handed the ball for a 3 pointer

Anthony makes no one else better. When Westbrook has the ball he can beat you off the dribble and create open shots for his teammates. Anthony just holds the ball and shoots. They have to play through Westbrook and he has to be the leading scorer for this team to have a chance.

Paul George is a pretty efficient 23-25 ppg scorer. Easily a top 10 player in the league. Anthony isn't anymore. He can still shoot though. He should be primarily a jump shooter at this point. Catch and shoot on kickouts.

Agree he needs to adjust. Paul George scoring 23 ppg is not good enough on this team if you want Melo to be a role player. Who else is gonna score dude? Patterson? He blows. Felton? He belongs in the D league. Robertson? Adams? Melo can't be a role player on this type of team. He can take a Chris Bosh type of role. Grab 17-18 a night and like 8 boards. Start doing more midrange pick and pops, fades, etc.

But this team has way more issues right now than melo playing his iso ball. Paul George and Westbrook need to play fast pace, get out on the break and dominate. If George can't do that anymore because of his leg, then he's nowhere near top 10.
