    washington with 2 of the most textbook tackles you will ever see called targeting.


    absolutely ridiculous

    both overturned by replay but its just absurd

    Problem is it’s too subjective. Unless you’re flying into someone’s head like E-Honda, nobody really knows what targeting is.
