    Right now I'm just trying to cut out all sugar, white bread, packaged foods, and soft drinks whether diet or not. I have noticed a big difference in physical performance, everything from doing 15-30% more repetitions to shooting the basketball much better which I didn't expect. Just feel unmistakably more focused and in control while shooting.

    I gave up desserts and sugar as well.. Sugary foods are bad late at night and right before you go to bed... Good luck man..

    The longer you go without eating sweet foods the more you will get repulsed by them.. I know I did it.. You really begin to taste the sugar in foods and drinks once you try them after giving them up, you get repulsed by the sugar..

    It's like working out.. When you are fat and out of shape working out is a nightmare, once you are in shape and make it routine it's a pleasure and something you look forward too...

    Papa John's is the shit, by far the best nationwide pizza chain. I'd be pissed if I was him too. Viewers down 20% over the past 2 years means that many less watching his commercials.
