    Was just at the Yankee game and everyone sang god bless America and the national anthem. Everyone stood and had hand over heart.

    Then on the train home 2 guys were swearing at each other in a republican/democrat arguement.

    yeah, the people that dont stand up for the anthem are 'unpatriotic' and 'unamerican'

    they are being told that they are unpatriotic and antiamerican by the same people that send american men and women to die invading foreign lands so that they can line their pockets

    at least they are getting something out of it, but the average people that fall into their trap of branding people as unpatriotic for not falling in line, they disgust me more

    its a bogus thread to begin with you brought politics into by stating people put politics aside. are you trying to say that democrats and republicans fight and sit down when this is played at events, if so GTFO

    this is the norm when this song is played, outside of the nfl players kneeling, people always come through and stand together
