Yea you guys are right Blue just dont care now, just trying to cruise into the playoffs. Who can blame them though, still you wanna go in with some momentum, I guess the last week of Sept. theyll try to hone into that psyche once again and head into the playoffs.

Like doubling-down tomorrow on Darvish. I'd do it, but I don't trust a mediocre Jap like Darvish to win me a ballgame. I will have to find another game to recoup this loss.

Maybe in NBA. Never seen it in baseball. It's actually the opposite. Teams that are hit going into post-season usually win.

Just check out the recent wildcard teams that have won.

Weren't the cubs only .500 over the last month last year? I might be wrong on this

Good point. I'm just speaking matter of fact. It's seems more times than not, teams don't just turn it on in baseball.

Also, I wouldn't compare a team playing .500 ball after they have clinched the division to a dodgers team that has lost like 15 of 17 or whatever it is now.

    They've competely fallen apart.

Well they almost just swept the Nationals whom are also a playoff bound team.. Dodgers did that in Washington... They'll bounce back tomorrow I'm sure..

Dodgers just need to get their mojo back before playoff time.. They still have the talent and pitching to do real damage if they can get it together again.. Don't write em off just yet..

    Many believe Kershaw hates pressure

Kershaw is like Peyton Manning, he's so good in the regular season people try to make it seem like he's a failure in the playoffs when he still pitches very well, just not at an elite level.

If you keep backing the Dodgers as heavy faves right now you're a jerk off.

Vegas might make up all the money they lost throughout the year on LA in the final month alone.

    You capped that?

you expect somebody to think up that scenario? lolz

Roberts admitted in post game that if the Dodgers weren't way up in the standings, that he would not have left Baez in for as long as he did.

One of the problems betting the Dodgers right now is Roberts is auditioning different relievers for the playoffs and he doesn't care if they lose the game. This is a big problem when the Dodgers only score 2 or 3 runs a game.

Dodgers were 55-2 last season when leading by 2+ runs after the 5th inning.

Dodgers were 55-1 coming into this Phillies series. They now lost 2 games in a row when leading by 2+ after the 5th.

Dodgers lose again after leading by 2+ runs in the 6th inning or later. This is the 3rd game in a row. Unreal.

The Dodgers had not lost 3 games in a row, when leading by 2+ runs in each game, since 2006. And to the worst team in baseball by far record wise.

    Baseball's impossible to bet.
