    Golden Gate expands

    The Stevens brothers cut the ribbon on their 5000 sqft expansion of the Golden Gate, which also added several hundred feet of Freemont frontage.

    They also announced the demolition of the neighboring building and plan to link the Gate to a new downtown resort. Should be interesting. Downtown not as bad as it used to be, better perks than strip and now some legit redevelopment and upgrades.

    Thou on a side note I was in Vegas 3 years ago and a guy jumped off the garage behind Harrahs/Linq on a Thursday, and another guy on a Saturday.
