    I can't get in either. It says on their website to delete cookies and so I did that, but it still won't let me log in. Keeps saying login fail.

    I do not think it is an upgrade..they usually notify the players in advance..probably something with their server

    Five Dimes Goes Dark

    Five Dimes has been dark for the last eight hours. After numerous 504 and 502 error messages, I finally called them.
    Sure enough, the guy said their IT staff was working on the problem.

    Apparently, you really DO need an out if Five Dimes is your book.
    Does Heritage go dark like this?

    Yea, It is kind of scary when one can not get to their book anytime....esp. on a Sat. This started at 2:30 EST,when I 1st called,called 2 min. ago......they said the same thing.....we will be up in about 2 hours.

    Every site is susceptible to technical difficulties (and I don't just mean sportsbooks). Relax, they'll be back. Being down costs them money, it's not like they don't want to resolve the issue ASAP.

    Also, fwiw, it's beneficial to have more than one book for more important reasons than this.
