Sports books are showing signs that they want baseball to end...
The numbers being offered are getting worse as the day goes by. A sign that sports books are not making any money at baseball right now. They can't wait for football. I can, lol. Numbers are getting to a point where it's getting real hard to find value and if I do, I need to jump n real early. Waiting is not good.

It's just the spreads in some of these books. DSI is beyond ridiculous. 17-20 back on most numbers. At least 5Dimes is being fair with most games with a dime line, but the rest of them are running scared. I thought they were in the gambling business. Apparently not.
Range, been a while since I've bet Baseball. But you'right. Low-juice around Pk-em games. Goes up significantly beyond -150.

I never want to say something is easy, cuz it isn't. But to be honest...They have a set of teams to slide when all the squares are going to pound them. Dodgers for example...I was too puzzy to post this, but I told m yy buddy to watch out fr them against the Braves....I would not be surprised if Braves take another or even potentially sweep. Another one...Cubs....won what? 7 straight after the break? Something like that....now watch them get swept at home to the Cards

Not sure what you mean by this.
There isn't value on either side on most games, that's why these books are coming at you with 20 cent lines. Even 15 is tough. Either bet dime line or better or you're going to lose money long term. That's what I'm getting at with this thread. Most books are scared of a dime line anymore. They don't want to take risks anymore like the old days.

Yeah, I am always amused at the fade the public people in baseball - the books don't give a fuckk about public betting trends in baseball the vast majority of money being bet is sharp -and big sharp bets are not offset with pubic money so the line and juice moves in games sharps hit are significant. Public bettors aren't making money betting baseball but you have to hit the lines early to get any value and books like betdsi are horrible at putting up early openers - betonline is the only offshore books that consistently puts up early opening lines.

BetOnline is the only book that's willing to take the chance of early numbers as far as offshore, and they do keep most of there numbers at the dime line level. One of the few books that do.

Yes, but, I think a dime line is fair. Most of these offshore books are at 15-20 cent lines which is unfair to the player. Numbers are sharp enough without all the excessive take back.
Stay with 5dimes overnight lines of 5 cents and you'll see the value....

College Football is the easiest sport to cap IMO
Heart is always there....Losing schools still have pride and players who want it...less variation....Injuries announced way prior....Rivalries to keep dogchit teams focused....etc....
Only problem with it is there are so many games and it really takes a lot of time

Yea,this is a good point Range....many books are using a 15+ spread btwn games. And the books every year look forward to the NFL season.A lot bettors that are not true gamblers,come out of the wood work.Every week they bet the fav. and/or the overs......FYI - In the NFL the point spread only comes into play about 18% of the time!!!
