What happens say your down $880 for week with one day remaining most guys start betting $300 on final day when their initial bet sizes were $50-$100 all week

Theme of thread .....every betting day is a new one

Do not live in the past

if someone is too dumb to know the difference between loses and losses, then they shouldn't be gambling

probably applies to 98% of the sbr community

the only probably with betting 20 a game is you never actually win anything. i tried that but i got really impatient... upped my bet size and it only took 2 or 3 straight losses to put me out because i didnt have much in my account. $50 is a good size where it wouldnt hurt to lose but stillcan make some progress

    not joking

sometimes it's best to save up for month or 3 or 4

send all the $$$ off as bitcoins to Nitro

all-in on one bet... win , take money out same day

    lose , start over

Gunshard makes a good point here.

Sometimes there isn't a mistake, it's just a loss; but often times there is a mistake and finding it and learning from it is important.

This is the reality of the mathematics of the situation. But this lesson is more psychological. If you know that this condition exits then you can better cope with it, not chase losses, and not constantly feel like you are behind and have to “make a move” to get caught up simply because your roll is less than its highest point.

Eliminate the psychological need to catch up and you are bound to make better decisions moving forward. This thinking may not add a winning play to your day, but it sure as hell may take you off of a losing play.
