U r right kermit - however - say in Vancouver, and in British Columbia, Canada I am observing the least politically educated people among places I lived in the USA, Russia or Europe - 5 out of 10 people have never and will never hear about Manchester or London, and out of other 5 - 4 usually comment oh well its sad - and go on to current events in the neighborhood.
