    No one uses the 1-800 number anymore with internet and smart phones. I loved talking to the tellers on the other end. Makes you feel like you are a big timer and doing something bad.

    2015 - was at a bar to watch mayweather/pacquio. Wanted to put a free play on the spurs but had shitty network connectivity in the bar. I called BM and they were happy to help. Almost always had good customer service with BM.
