Dude, standard operating procedure. Send in the forms/copies of the ID and you will be up and going immediately. When you attempted the withdrawal they may have found somebody with the same name I the same city, or something of the sort.

As long as you don't have multiple accounts with them (multiple bonuses over the years) you should be just fine. First thing you need to do is relax.

Do you see a pattern here?
If you have less than ten posts 100% chance that you get scammed by offshore books.
But if you have more than 10 posts you never get scammed.

Since May 19, my account has been "temporary Disabled"

the ratings for this book are A, & are headlined in the top 10 best ratings sportsbooks list @SBR!?
is this the type of business professionalism , which is typically exhibited from an A rated "most trusted" sportsbook !?

i have contacted them , and 3 times, i have been advised, "we unfortunately cannot give you a timeline as to how long it will take"
who says that ,
i asked for a timeline ....
they cant even provide a timeline ?!? nevermind a reason or explanation , which ive demanded

the wagers, are EXCLUSIVELY with the NBA playoffs and MLB wagering, how can they dub, anything "suspicious" in nature,
i can only take from this , that theyre is $11,000 in balance,and they simply do not want to pay out,
and are manifesting/discussing/ excuses or hoping i go away , so that they dont have to pay out a 5 digit payment,
for all you bodog players with a balance nearing 5 digitS,

Took down my 5dimes thread a couple weeks ago when I complained about suspicious charged on my credit card. Called 5dimes. They finally admitted it was them. And to hold off on c.c. deposits. Why would you not even call your customers to warn them? Or put a note in their account.

These sites don't run like a true business. They don't understand basic customer service. Maybe because they aren't based in America. There's no customer service like there is in America. I've been all around the world and that's what I've gathered.

yupp, ID sent and approved,
just waiting on finality into their "investigation into suspicious activity,

apparently that takes over 17 days, and they dont need to reply to emails, when i ask to elaborate the situation, and to please advise a timeline, i can expect to be contacted,
why should they ?! they can do whatever they want.....

Isn't Bovada considered a recreational book? How do so many players get over 10k being a recreational player?

first off, THANK YOU TO SBR , for following up, a mr rossi at SBR contacted me back, good job !!

secondarily, the investigation has concluded, However,
they voided 7 selective winning bets !! in amounts of near 3000$
not just on may 22, as described herein below , but on may 18 as well,
i am very disappointed,

an accepted wager, and paid out wager, only to be VOIDED 2 weeks later, ?!
i would not consider to be a reliable worlds top 10 book , and 'A' rated at SBR
