Glad I could help you win your 1st bet in the last month. The game played out in the 1st exactly how I thought it would until Nashville had a mental breakdown and gave up 3 in 4 minutes. I put my pick out there, big deal. I've made more money fading you than you'll ever get off me so take a Xanax and chill out

Preds dominated 50 minutes of the game, 26 to 12 on sogs, but a tough call disallowing a goal, a bad bounce for an own goal, and Pitt wins game 1.

I've been following the site for the last couple years, some of you posters are such clowns thinking every new poster is a "ghost " lol. You do know that anybody can read threads without being a member, right? I'm probably taking Nashville next game depending on the number. Can't wait to follow your NBA picks. Keep it up

Hockey's a funny game...Pens got a 3 goal lead and laid back...That's normal at times in hockey...Many times i have seen a team get 40 shots on goal, there opponent gets 24 shots and they win....

Biggest bonehead play of the game, Neal taking the stupid crosschecking penalty that gave the pens a 5-3 advantage. Pens scored...Rinne gave up 5 goals..enough to win most games..

Its not always how you play the game, it's whether you win or lose..

Agreed, the go-ahead goal was entirely saveable. I guess after standing out there for 38 straight minutes without a shot to save, Rinne lost his focus. Call it "bored to death" syndrome.

No but if he can play like he did against the Ducks,im cool with that for the most part. He had that one stinker, and was solid the rest of the series.

That is true, that loss was hard to swallow if you had money on the Preds.

Y, Neal definitely deserved a punch to the balls for that. There was no reason for it, and giving up a 2 minute 5 on 3 is a recipe for suicide.

Im with you,it should have counted, getting goals on Murray are hard enough, you don't need some clown calling it back, because of some trivial b.s,like a guys toe is over the line. If the ref misses it,to bad.

Pittsburgh's advantage at C will likely overcome Nashville's advantage on defence. I won't bet the series or Game 1....sides or totals. Just too tough to predict what will happen with these two opposing not styles until I see it with my own two eyes.
Yeah. The real colours of Rinne showed again tonight. Too bad as that was the Preds chance. No way the Preds win game 2 now....Pens will come out and play 5x better.

Least anyone forget, the Preds were an 8th seed...

Preds are now 2-9 in last 11 against the Pens and 1-5 in last 6 at Pittsburgh..

I posted a thread with these facts before the game started...Just didn't see the Preds winning game 1. Sure, the Preds still have a chance and they could very well win game 2.. I don't think so though...jmo...

idk.... I see your theory, but anytime I see the team that played worse but still won win, and hope they just get it together for the next... I am severely disappointed... stilll riding with the pens though. series going 5, maybe 6. what do you think?
