Wagering requirements a bookmaker does not move - bookmaker replies seem a bit odd to

I want to share my experience and with a bookmaker (Malta class #2 license) which I made first and only deposit at 5/3/2017 (very early in morning) I also want to ask you what you think I should do... Sorry for formatting problems, but seems normal lines breakes are removed - and my HTML linebreaks got removed as well
When you deposit and get a bonus at the bookmaker they give you a (depost+bonus) * 8 rollover requirement to fullfill in 30 days. They also have various other quite standard requirements like max 50euro per bet + max per game.I deposited 834.06 DKK and after activating bonus my new balance became 1251.09 DKK (around 166 euro) as visible at any page at top when logged in which means rollover requirements becomes 10008.72 DKK. So far so good.
I started setting bets. Since my account is in DDK I limited myself to 300DKK per bet - well below their max 50euro per bet limit. However, already after 4 bets placed and 2 bets resolved I discovered *current* wagering requirements stated 11393.72 DKK - I am not sure if it happend after two first bets were resolved or if it was so from the beginning. The orignal wagering requirement of 10008.62 is also listed.
I originally on signup thought all money essentially became a kind of bonus money since they describe bonus and deposit get combined with an 8x rollover - I only inserted money once, so when I could see my total balance at top it reinforced my impression.
I am now wondering if part of the *initial* problem was because when placing my first 4 bets through their system - one of them had sliently drawn money from deposit balance + drawn from money bonus balance. (It may be the bookmaker punishes that? meaning one would have make sure to bet in away on the penny, so a bet never draws from both balances at the same time)
Anyhow problem is worse than the above. I have since then placed and resolved many bets from pure normal balance (bonus balance gone bust) - but without rollover wagering making any progress...
I reported the issue to the bookmaker first time Sunday 5 March 11:07 PM
They are still stating they will get back to me when the issue has been investigated... And while I understand, I only have 30 days in total to pass wagering So I asked them if:
    • I should continue betting
    • If I should stop betting and they will extend the period after fixing the issue
    • I have also offered we could resolve wagering requirements manually (i.e. I track it myself and then let them, know when done so they can confirm)

However I have not received any response on this even after asking repeatedly many times. I have no problem if the issue takes more time to resolve, but I would like answer if I should continue betting or if they will extend the wagering period after fixing the issue.
What is the best way forward? As such support does answer, but they just reply they are still looking into it. Am I being an unreasonable pest? When should I push again for a solution or clarification? Or should I simply continue betting, so they can not later claim wagering was not met within 30 days?

It sounds like you are best to put a copy of your bets in s spreadsheet and calculate your rollover yourself and try to complete it within the 30 days.

Once that is done request a cashout and see what happens.

Whatever they do or have right/wrong, if you don't do it within the 30 days you probably will be out of luck.

Thank you for your responses - I will do that. if they continue to stall me - I guess I will report them as a warning to others. But felt a little too early to do that just yet - still hoping I am just unlucky and that they are just having some kind of technical difficulties, but odds seem against it

They just keep on promising that they will return soon with an answer and still no yes/no or any kind of answer if we just can track manually or not.

I wrote them his yesterday since they still not reported anything (I left them alone for almost a full week)

    Hi,

I expect to have the bonus played through in less than a week now.
Assuming you have not solved the problem by then, should I just email you when I have wagered the bonus?
And they gave the same answer as usual

Please be informed that we will be able to clarify this situation as soon as this situation is solved by our relevant department. Plaease expect from us an email as soon as possible.

You have to be careful that your calculation of the rollover matches their method. Some props - live betting - etc. may not count. Usually, the smaller amount of the amount wagered or won counts for rollover.

The problem here is trying to cash out and they state that the rollover hasn't been cleared?

There is a time frame on rollovers now? What is the deal with that? In the past I have taken a bonus there are not all these rules. You take the bonus, you bet whatever you want, and when you reach the rollover then you are then clear to withdraw. The only thing I have ever heard of is a 30 hold on your money if you take a bonus.

But then again - a betting website that is willing to scam on a bonus is probably also willing to scam you otherwise. But lets see, I will be taking screenshots and videos of everything. if they will not let me payout after stalling me from the beginning with useless replies I willl at the very minimum report and warn about them everywhere...

I guess there is a slim chance this is not a scam, but a bookmaker waiting for whomever is delivering the sportsbook technology to solve a problem. The problem with that theory is the bookmaker can not even positively answer yes to payout if I wager everything and manually provide the wagering data. That smells like a big scam.

Assuming it proves to be a scam - I will of course share the name here. But I rather give the bookmaker every fair chance for resolving the situation without I resort to public name shaming.

What is "that books" (couldn't care less what exact book you're referring to) but what is their rating? You can check here on http://www.sportsbookreview.com/betting-sites/

Money is money. I believe in playing small anyplace until there has been a payout. But, the bonus is worthless if the numbers never compete in the marketplace. To try a book out - no problem whatsoever on refusing the bonus to maintain liquidity. The day might come where a reup bonus is offered?

Well, the site now got in mainenance mode - original time was two hours, but that was yesterday. My bonus runs out the 4rth. I placed almost 200 bets (can' check count now, but a lot at leas) I believe and even if we substract bets that somehow were placed wrong, I should still exceed the original wagering requirements.

However, I can not place more best now due to site being in maintenance mode. As noted, this is C+ sportsbook so... I will you know when the day arrives if they pay out or not - otherwise it will probably a pretty stern warning and complain to Malta license

Anyone knows how I can make a complaint to Malta license? The site now still in maintenance mode. If I had no already wagered bonus I would be in kinda tilting now since I would not be able o finish wagering within the specified time limit

I've never seen or heard of 30 days to complete a deposit/bonus rollover. No one is in maintenance mode that long. Sounds like the book has left town

Thanks for the link. The bookmaker is still in maintenance mode, can not give a time estimate and can not perform payouts at present. Even if they should succeed with their "software upgrade" I can only guess what the next problem will be.

    Would you recommend me:

    1) wait x days?
    2) report to http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbook-complaint/
    3) report to http://www.mga.org.mt/support/online-gaming-support/

If consensus is filing a report, I will file it ASAP at whichever method is recommended (I don't assume it will be a good idea to file a report multiple places)

Pinnacle block new DK players (although for those who already have an account you can still play there) - but would be very nice to have Pinnacle - unfortunately I am relative new better, so never got an account there before it was too late.

Bookmaker in question is under an EU class 2 Malta license and do not block most European countries including Danish

As I have given up on the website I have now moved forward with a complaint through SBR - will also move foward with a complaint to Malta License if that does not help, but generally speaking I rather use the least harsh method first.

Just wanted to give an update - forgot about this thread - the bookmaker actually paid out. I ave mixed feelings about the bookmaker as the platform and odds were okay. But I just wish support had been more forthcoming and promised a solution instead of keeping me in the dark. Had they simply told me: "Play on - we will work something out" there would not have been a problem. Instead they kept on promising a solution for 30 days and that they could not comment on if I should continue betting or not.

Glad you got paid. Your issue happens in the world of bonuses. Some books only offer bonuses because they need the money - some. also do not tell the truth - in your case, they might not have had liquid funds to pay for awhile due to some reason we do not know about?
