    I'm thinking about playing NCST +5.5 (-110). Irish are a lot better, but I like the fired coach angle. They have enough talent and will be playing with a chip.

    Purdue have covered the spread at home 9 of the last 10 games, the last 5 straight. Michigan St received a 29 point stomping by Michigan in their last road game and lost to Purdue at home by 11

    Mercer -7.0
    The Citadel are prolific scorers but offer virtually no defence. Mercer put up a better defence and it showed in their 82-66 home victory over TC 3 weeks back. I have The Citadel ranked at 343 as a home side in the conference games and Mercer ranked 88 away from home. Mercer cover here

    Furman -5.5
    Furman are unbeaten in their last 9 games and 7 consecutive home games they have covered the spread in their last 5 home games and 4 of their last 5 road matches. They won at UNC-Greensboro by 6 points 3 weeks ago and should cover for the spread for the 5th time on the bounce

    Gonzaga -29.0
    Gonzaga have had winning margins of +35 for their last 3 games at home. They have won bigger than this spread 8 times in 15 home games and all against teams that are better ranked than Pacific. Pacific were drilled at home by Santa Clara 2 starts back by 17 points and SC are ranked some 200 places behind Gonzaga
