When people say Syndicate what do they really mean?

Multi-partner picking? Betting? The ability to apply a system or combined knowledge into particular local (bookie) packages or understanding of the main releases of lines (Pin, etc and their relation to PPH sites) and how to edge them?

Just wondering. This is clearly where you have to have knowledge in order to win long term, and it constantly changes.

Syndicate I believe is generally considered a group of bettors. That might be a group of bettors working together to make picks or it might be a group like Right Angle Sports operating privately and giving picks to a private group. In any case, it is a term generally used by the sportsbooks to describe multiple people hitting them in a coordinated manner on the same lines.

In a tout sense it is one clown who sits in his parent's basement and flips a coin for each imaginary member of his group or syndicate in the city of his choice. Whichever side hits the most that's what his syndicate is on. Then after said syndicate's coin flips go on a losing streak, you change cities, grab a new list of mobster sounding names, and rinse, lather , repeat

I see me humbling you is paying great dividends. Glad to see youre letting your hair down and being more candid about your ignorance of gambling.

The OP is asking about legitimate betting groups, a far cry from tout groups.

It's fun testing the waters here. Shows you something about SBR in general.

LT, guys like jtoler are always a step behind. He thinks I know nothing. By saying this, he thinks my motive is an arrogance play.

It's amusing that I can play him on every angle. You or Buffalo Nickle? Nope.

So, how is a syndicate any different than Joe Schmoe posting a winning pick on SBR, having 50 people tail him? It's a group of people betting in unison to murder a book...

Pinocchio, what guys like the moron I referenced above don't get is that this discussion leads to uncovering the mythical (is it? ) "sharp"

Without a full understanding of the game, that term means nothing, or everything depending on who asks the question

    Quick answer: mostly unison

If it's a serious syndicate not really one book, but the whole market in general ...on specific plays of course.
