*Warning!!!* Do Not Trust Bovada and Ignition Casinos!

Edit by SBR: The sportsbook found evidence of multi-account fraud. The player's recourse is to pursue the matter with the Kahnawake Gaming Commission to further contest the evidence on file.

After months of stalling to pay my cashouts these crooks confiscated all my account funds!! Both sites emailed me at the exact same time saying I was guilty of Bonus Abuse. Bovada and Ignition are for sure the same company because I called Bovada and then immediately after Ignition, and got transferred to the same Poker Security team. I tried to get more details or any evidence of what I did wrong but they used BS excuses and refused to let me speak to a supervisor. All I want to do is warn everyone, be very careful with online gambling sites and definitely STAY AWAY FROM BOVADA AND IGNITION CASINOS!

So what happened to me was, my friend told me about a special bitcoin promotion Bovada was running where you can get 100% extra on your deposit. I deposited $250 the first time and lost quickly. I tried a second and third time and lost those too. Then on my 4th deposit I ran it up to $7k and cashed out! I was so hyped about my win and googled other casino bonuses. I saw that Ignition offered a similar promotion. This time I deposited $1k the first three times and lost. I was only going to allow myself to lose up to my $6k Bovada win. Again on my 4th deposit, I ran it up to $7.2k and cashed out.

The next day both sites emailed me that they needed to verify my account. I emailed them my ID. I called Ignition and they actually verified my account so I thought it was all good. I called Bovada and they said my account was still on hold while they reviewed documents. Over the next couple of months I sent in every piece of documentation they asked for. I called them several times and all they would say is to wait for emails with their decisions. They kept stalling and stalling until finally a few days ago they confiscated all my money, WTF! Like I said earlier I called both companies and they wouldn’t provide me with ANY EVIDENCE. Actually Bovada said I was abusing the bonus by withdrawing and re-depositing, when in fact I NEVER EVEN RECEIVED MY WITHDRAWAL!!! Just totally lying and making things up! They jacked my winnings AND my deposits.

DO NOT TRUST BOVADA. DO NOT TRUST IGNITION. THEY DO NOT PAY OUT IF YOU WIN. PLEASE LISTEN TO MY WARNING. THEY DO NOT OPERATE LEGITIMATE GAMBLING SITES!

In your post you said you cashed out over 7K twice. Both times not receiving any funds. Have you ever cashed any amount with any other sportsbook in the past?

This is from the other thread. Did you do this?

Honestly this has happened to MANY players that I know personally and I've heard your story many times over. For the mods and SBR let me explain what OP is doing and why he was "consistently" winning.

On Bovada(Ignition) what you're able to do is deposit and get a bonus. Example: Deposit $1,000 and get $1,000 bonus. You can sit with that $1,000 that you deposited at a Poker table. Let's say he sits at a $1-$2 Limit(Fixed) Hold'em table with the $1,000 and sits out and isn't playing against someone. He then can take the $1,000 cash from the bonus to the casino and if he loses there is no hold(rollover) left to clear on his $1,000 that he deposited and it's like nothing happened.

Tomorrow, he can deposit and get ANOTHER bonus and do the same thing. Basically he's not risking ANY of his OWN funds and only the bonus money that has been given to him on the deposit. This is the bonus abuse that they are describing. I've seen many players have their accounts closed, many have had their funds confiscated all for doing exactly as I've described.

We all know OP isn't some mastermind BJ player who is legitimately beating the house in a rigged game. I think that's obvious. While I would feel bad if OP was oblivious to what he was doing and was casually taking advantage of the bonus but it's pretty clear he hit it hard and had no regrets. You won't get this money back because it was not won fair and square. Ignition is a legitimate site owned by Bovada/Bodog and if you took them for $20,000 they'd pay every cent if you did so on your dime and not their own.

If you WIN with the bonus it isn't too difficult to clear the rollover and the funds are able to be withdrawn. Ignition obviously looked at his play and saw he was abusing the bonus without risking his own funds.

Ya I cashed out once from Bovada Casino and once from Ignition Casino. I didn't get paid for either one.

No I've only bet sports for fun with friends and in Vegas.

It's pretty scummy by Bovada/Ignition where they basically allow you to abuse their bonuses and make it easy to win with the poker table glitch. I'm the one that BigOrange quoted up above and if you take advantage of the loophole they will catch you if you win of course.

No I never played poker. I asked them the same question, why was I dealing with Poker Security? I forgot which site but one of them said something like Poker handles the investigations. They asked me if I played poker or casino and I told them only casino, and that they could go look at my history for proof. It's all a big scam for them to stall and confiscate my money.

Did you lose both the $1000 bonus and $1000 deposit in the casino before redepositing each time?

Yes. For Bovada, I deposited $250, got an extra $250 bonus, played and lost everything. That repeated three times. Then on my lucky 4th $250 deposit I ran it up to $7k and cashed out. For Ignition, I deposited $1k, got an extra $1k bonus, played and lost everything. That repeated three times too. Then again on my lucky 4th $1k deposit I ran it up to $7.2k and cashed out.

I know Bovada recently changed their bonus system policy for slot play... I think they were getting lit up as people were taking their slot winnings immediately and placing them in sports bets as soon as they win to lock it up and then keep a 0 cash balance then continue to play the bonus...

You get the 100% bonus play on slots with deposits.. When you first are playing slots they usually set it up that you win big immediately and then after that you start losing.. So if you take those first big winnings and apply that to sports bet wagers you lock in those winnings... You can get like 3 times your initial deposit in real play wagering immediately..

What happens when you bet slot free play on Bovada is it takes money out of your real balance and bonus balance at the same time. Hard to explain but I see thru it all.. There are still roll over limits on your bonus play that you to meet before withdraw requests are approved.. 25x rollover to 50x rollover on bonuses usually..

Bovada has paid out for me though in the past no problems.. They are slow though... Not sure if I made sense but I've been with Bovada for years now..

I would think the online gaming companies would just get rid of bonuses all together. Too much confusion, rule changes and upset customers. I don't even mess with it. I play real money only and have never had a problem with a cash out.

This happened to me too. I'm learning that Ignition has a habit of using these excuses to not pay their customers. Truly despicable behavior from one of the bigger online gambling sites.

Looks like exactly what happened to me, except your situation is even worse since they never paid you even a single time. I don't know how scummy companies like this can continue to operate. It looks like they are operating a ponzi scam with these incredible bonuses to get people to play, but if you win big they won't pay you.

I didn't have issues either until they owed me a 5 figure balance. They paid me consistently when my payouts were smaller too. It wasn't until I requested a max($9500) payout that they decided I was "bonus abusing".

On Jan 28, Matt Rossi from this site emailed me with some questions. I immediately replied back with my answers. I didn't get a response so I emailed him again on Feb 4 asking for an update. I still haven't heard back anything at all.

Should I just give up hope that this site will actually help me? I really don't know what I should do at this point!!
