Mac4life you're being results oriented by pointing to his record constantly

I don't think people are questioning his record, I think they are pointing to glaring mistakes he makes and saying with the talent they have they can and should be doing better.

It's like analyzing all the hands when you were dealt AA and saying, "Look, I've got a great record" without analyzing where you could have won more, lost less, and plugged some leaks

He does have a great regular season record, but all most people will remember is the 6-5 record in the post season. And that is counting the 3 post season wins back in 2008.

With that said, I don't think he should be going anywhere. I like him as the Steeler's coach.

I feel that the title of the thread is unsurprisingly misleading.
I see only 2, possibly 3, posters calling for Tomlin's ouster in this thread.
Historically low number by SBR's standards.
Hell, you could get 2-3 SBR posters to say Belichick must go on any given Sunday.

In fact, Bradshaw was simply stating that
he didn't think that Tomlin was a "great" coach...That's all.

I dont think 6-5 is bad at all, I think its good. Belly 10-7 during that time and he's had better teams prob each year. Getting to playoffs kinda hard and winning a game is not easy.

It is all part of the plan, the script.
From what I am reading here,
the Steelers beat the Patriots in the playoffs next month!

The Steelers will win outright catchin` 4 points - Book it!

I know you're a Pittsburgh homer, but I'd have to say the Steelers have a good chance at getting to the Bowl.

    They are dangerous.
Only team that could beat them would be New England
But only team I can see beating New England is Pittsburgh

Maybe Terry just trying to fire Tomlin up, did a lil deeper, ride the Iron Curtain to the Bowl.

I mean the guy is always gonna do good because he has all world talent and steelers have a great culture and pedigree... but the question is -- can someone do better? Of course, always prolly a guy that can do better unless you're an all time great. Tomlin isn't.

^^^^Nobody is giving KC a chance to beat New England... IDK?

They looked like a well oiled offensive machine last night thumping the Broncos.. Chiefs scorched one of the top ranked defensive teams in the league.. You can argue NE doesn't have a better defense then the Broncos... Just saying...

Terry's best shot is that he's a cheerleader, nothing he said substantiates a good argument against Tomlin's coaching, Terry needs to shut his flapper, unless he's got something relatively intelligent to say. In the meantime shine his dome.

    Pitt&Dallas Superbowl.............

    Biggest rivalry in Superbowl history.......

Biggest NFL fan base for Pitt&Dallas as well.....

This match up would bring the most money to the NFL&Vegas......

Book this future bet because it is happening boys.

    Simple as that.............

I am as certain as I was with the Harbaugh Superbowl, with Ravens winning for Ray Ray......
