    So what was the explanation or behind the scenes politics that did allow this to continue? Shari had him banned but then got overturned?

    previously had been banned from other forums for trying to pull the same scam...multiple account users sharing the same IP and posting under different handles, and not to mention receiving/accepting money for giving out picks via PM...
