    5dimes are you kidding me?

    Today, I was going to bet some Bundesliga soccer. I was looking at betting the Dortmund vs. Hertha Berlin match that starts at 2:30 PM EST. I check around 2:25 PM EST to bet it, but it's taken down. I contact customer support to ask why they took it down, and they say that it's because of past posts. I've never experienced this problem with 5dimes in the past years I've used their site. I thought they made a mistake here, maybe a one-time thing, so I go chech the Spanish Laliga matchup between Las Palmas and Espanyol which begins at 2:45 PM EST around 2:40 - 2:42 PM EST. This match also unavailable to wager. What the hell is going on with this book? Is this normal? Have you guys experienced such problems?

    I contact their manager named Carrie and ask here why they're doing this and her response is:
    "This is how it works, I am sorry if you dislike it!"

    Come on, really? Is that the best answer you can come up with?

    Thanks for sharing your feedback, mancity. It is possible that the market was taken off the board early to account for differences in timing between the sportsbook's feed and the event start time.

    why didn't you go over to the live betting option and check whatever you wanted to bet there?
    they have live lines going for both those games now

    I don't have enough time to chronicle my dealings with 5Dimes. Suffice it to say that they made a mistake and charged me for their mistake. I only have a few hundred dollars there but I rarely use them anymore.
