His business practices are highly unethical. Lowball a cash poor real estate owner with prime property...when they reject your offer you buy surrounding real estate and turn it into an eye sore....hurt the business and value of property you want and force them to sell at low price.....fix it up and stiff the local businesses who do the work.....then bury them with lawyer bills so they are forced to accept pennies on the dollar just to get something. No genius in being a piece of shit. Guy is a nothing but a crook with a really bad combover.
