    Archie... it was those Triple Cheeseburgers he was pushing for McDonald's

    I loved Cecil when I was a kid growing up. I remember he needed a home run to tie or break the Tigers season record? Or something like that?? On the last game of the year? He hit #50 and then #51 in the same game. Was it the Tigers record? Or MLB Record? Oh well... it gave Detroit fans something to cheer about. I remember going to grade school with one of my friends... he said Cecil will hit 2 home runs tonight.. you watch. My buddy called it.

    I found the Prince injury and retirement quite interesting.

    1. Prince in my mind... isn't a quitter.

    2. Which leads me to believe there has to be a clause in his contract about a career ending injury.

    So it's smart if Prince just retires.

    And I agree with KMACK... Detroit won that deal. Very surprised there was a team that wanted to pick up that contract. WOW.

    Detroit was paying half of it. Kinsler refused to move to of and make room for profar and odor.
