    Is this back when PP use to put a 21 day hold on $ coming in for no apparent reason?

    I remember this crap....

    Had $1,500 held up for no reason... for 3 weeks on legitimate auctions at ebay.

    Money , not sure

    Sammy had his acct frozen or suspended two times back then. They had no rhyme or reason for doing so... Held Sammy's $$$ for weeks then released the funds, again, for no rhyme or reason
