    Southern Calif. jockey colony used to be the best in the country in the 1970s, 1980s and 1990s.

    Now, it'a an embarrassment, especially with Prat leaving for NY.

    Rispoli is a top 3 rider in SCal. He tried Kentucky last month and went something like 0-for-40. Went back to Calif. and won a Grade 1 today.
