Wrong again Weeder. Naismith moved from Canada to the US, taking a job at the YMCA in Springfield, Mass. There he was ordered to come up with a game to keep the kids entertained by YMCA director Dr Gulick. It was here in the mighty USA that he came up with what later would be called basketball. Naismith also became a US citizen, so basketball was definitely created in the US, it's creator was American under the direction of another American. Naismith went on to Kansas where he coached Phog Allen and the rest is history. He just happened to be born in Canada. Your assertion is like saying Steve Nash isn't Canadian since he was born in Africa.

Plus don't get it twisted. All Canadians know that they haven't really made it until they become Americans. They don't reach their creative peak until they move 'down south'

Thats a different historical timeline from what ive learned.
Thought he was A Canadian citizen teaching at McGill when he developed the rules.
Game is still dominated by Americans and loved by American fans. No need to take credit away from the rightful country of origin.

WRONG, WRONG, WRONG. He invented it at the YMCA in Springfield not at McGill. Dr Gulick gave him 14 days to come up with a game for the kids to play. Why do you think the YMCA's were the early adopters of basketball. YMCA leagues spread basketball all over the US (and Canada). The game and the rules were created in the US by Naismith although this has been disputed by a guy named Lambert Will.

You Canucks need to stop spreading lies. Basketball is USA's sport. Always has been, always will be.

Naismith couldn't wait to get the hell out of Canada. He couldn't wait to become a US citizen. Why the hell do you think he wanted to be buried in Kansas? He wanted to get as far away as possible from that shit hole.

Naismith got the hell out of Canada as soon as he could. He couldn't do a damn thing stuck in that shit hole until he left. He hit the high road to the US and created one of the best sports in the history of the world. His mind wasn't right until he left that place. and you wonder why Canadians don't amount to nothing until they get out of the country.

Booyer's right. This has nothing to do with the thread.
Bottom line here is, the Raps arent likely to win a fukkin game.
Those who got their money in good on a Cavs sweep prop are laughing.
Its paying barely even money right now.

We dont have an answer for Lebron and Valenchunisiss wasnt gonna change that. I said earlier that i though it was possible for the Thunder to be favourite after winning game one & i compared that to the raps stealing game one and being favoured.
I was dead wrong. The Raps will not be favoured to win this series at any point, during this series and they will not be favoured in any particular game.

    Cavs -5.5 minimum.
    Even at the ACC

If it goes under 5.5, bet your car.

Toronto has been good at bouncing back in game 2's. Tomorrow night is huge. If they find a way to win, the series probably goes 7.

The current line is Cavs -12
