Can't give betpoints?
Anyone know why I cannot give betpoints? Every time I try it says the person is either not allowed to receive points or I don't have enough. Do I need to be pro? And while I'm on the subject whenever I go to the page about going pro it just says "loading offers" but nothing appears. How does one become a pro? USA here
