It was a matter of time before the sharper forecasts winning the betting war would show. I know influential money has been hitting the books but they neglected to show until late. Often, this late showing can be a strategy used by bookmakers utilizing steam to help them add to a position they may be taking. If sharps have been buying Atlanta, and now the books have absorbed steam they knew would be coming late, perhaps the low line of -2 was a tell.
Countering the late action with Boston +3 isn't a bad idea at all.
