    I don't think it is fear mongering. It is an actual investigation by DHS. That is some serious shit.

    As for Ayre-- I'm not sure he's ever stepped foot back inside the US since his indictment.

    That's the point you're missing.

    Players NEVER see it coming. Never.

    It will happen exactly like that-- balance one day, gone the next. Boards like this existed at one time to discuss books about to close, legal threats to balances, and help any player out there who may be on the fence about depositing into a bad situation.

    I'm not even sure what it is you are objecting to.

    Players should know that the DHS is on 5D's ass. If it helps them, what do you care if we discuss it?

    Just in the hundreds, I have the most money in justbet but decided to put some in 5dimes at tourney time so it wouldn't be bad but I still would be pissed if I got ripped off and wasn't told how bad the situation really was
