    WOW just saw something at a live casino I had never expected to see

    just sat down blackjack live dealer. a hand was in progress

    the dealer gal placing cards, swings around and BAM knocks the entire shoe off the table onto the ground!
    she just accidentally pushed the whole shoe off her table.

    you should have seen her expression.! have no idea what they will do. hands only part way done!

    they never showed the shoe, never showed the cards down, you cant see the floor in the camera. they did refund all wagers, yikes that sucks, id be complaining on that one holding a 20! how can you lose like that or push???

    new shoe came in and she stayed at the table.

    that was quite unexpected for all im sure.

    if there were no 500 or more wagers/ Pitt boss have notified shift manager/ asked for authorization for exception report/ and write in the name of good customer service-paid the players. Alot of good will would have been spread. gl all

    Yes, the times I have been in some kind of dealer mistake - they gave us all the option to keep the hand and play it or surrender it for a full push. I wish it would have showed the shoe on the floor - did the cards explode or not?

    Absolutey. Bad business any other way. Pay each player the winning stake, switch dealer after 2 minute break, give some sort of grat and apologize a 3rd time. All is forgiven, lets hope poor girl is not fired. Heard some stories of how cold casino mgmt can be.
