    Bulls should be nowhere near this list if we're talking about competing night in and night out. They're one of the most inconsistent teams in the league and regularly beat the best and struggle against the worst. On countless occasions they've come out flat against inferior opposition and played with no pride in the last couple of seasons.

    This isn't the Bulls from 2-3 years anymore guys. Time to get up to date.
