Am I the only one who feels as though Bovada's site is very awkward?

First off, let me stress that I am not suggesting that Bovada is in any way a bad sportsbook. From everything I've read, they are one of the more solid / reliable books out there.

However, trying to do the most simplest of tasks seems to be a chore. I try to deposit, and it shows just one option. Can't request a name / location like you can on all other sportsbooks that I deal with. No live chat. Just VERY difficult to navigate.

I tried calling Bovada last night because I wanted to deposit, and I was asked a series of "verification questions." Each time, after the question, I was put on hold for quite awhile. When I finally told them that I was requesting a name to send funds, I was again put on hold....this time long enough to where I just gave up. Emailed customer service, and they replied with a generic, "We will be happy to assist you. Call us any time at............." Ugghhh!

The bet slip submission process is awkward (I know that Bovada isn't the only sportsbook to use this platform), and it's 11:30 and I don't see any college bb lines???

Really want to give them a try. Someone please convince me it is worth the headache!!!

Only good for small players & underdog betting.

Max withdrawal is 3,000 "every 7 days" one request.

    Favorite lines are always juiced.

There are issues with portions of the website. IMO, however, they have THE BEST Live Betting interface I've seen. There have to be 6 guys working independently monitoring and putting up lines on NFL games because there at minimum 15 betting options up at once during the games most of the time. Unreal.

Now that I've gotten used to it the mobile site is very intuitive and easy to navigate. My ONLY issue with Bovada is how long they take to hang their lines. I had to work the day the Houston Cougs played the Noles and I wanted to absolutely UNLOAD on Houston and couldn't cuz they did have it up yet. No cell phones allowed where I work.
