Anyone else have a bet with heritage after midnight last night?

    Edit by SBR:

Update: The OP filed a complaint, and we discussed the details with Heritage Sportsbook management.

First, the player called 5 minutes after the scheduled start time looking to enter a late tennis play [match was off the board]. This request was denied. He asked to speak with the supervisor who declined the late bet, but hung up while on hold.

Secondly, at this time the sportsbook's record shows the player was online logged into the sportsbook following the phone call, but he did not place any wager online, because at that time the wagering clerk was still logged into his account, rendering it impossible to do so.

No bet was ever entered either online or through the phone call center (where the player's request to enter the late wager was declined).

Lastly, there was no maintenance on Heritage Sports last night. The player is welcomed to contact the wagering department and speak to a supervisor to address the matter further if he would like more clarification.

Hi Olemiss_Rebfan, we'll ask Heritage about this. But in general, without a screen capture of a wager or ticket number, it opens the door for bets that were erroneously never confirmed by players.
