    time for people to spin this whatever way they want. The NFL needs to start putting championship belts on players and make the games ppv. you could see from a mile away that this outcome was going to end at pitt winning by 2. Everything else you see during the game is just pointless.

    But I didn't think it was thug'ish. They last targeting penalty was dirty but that's how Burfict has played all year. That's how Steve Atwater played, Ronnie Lott, John Lynch, etc.... They were head hunters. In context, it was a TERRIBLE play on his part. I'm not saying he's smart. But that's different entirely.

    Absolutely, but whether any of us like it or not, the rules have changed. This isn't '84 anymore.

    Hill fumbling trying to get extra yardage that was completely and utterly pointless, Burfict head hunting for no reason whatsoever, Pacman putting himself in that kind of compromising position at the worst possible time .... I mean, you really can't make this shit up.

    Earlier in the game a Pitt WR caught the ball turns around completely LOWERS his shoulder resulting in the Cincy defender hitting him in the head.

    That was called

    Yet somehow the hit on Bernard was not called

    Cincinnati behaved like crap. They totally showed that Lewis doesn't have any control BUT the hit on Bernard dhould have been called and that is where things started getting out of control.
