Who's Getting Voted Into The Baseball HOF Wednesday?

I say Ken Griffey Jr. and Mike Piazza. Griffey deserves to get 100% vote on the first ballot, but some of these guys won't do it. He'll be close to Tom Seaver's vote amount though. I think Jeff Bagwell, Roger Clemens, and Barry Bonds will make up some ground. Voters will forget more and more about the steroid era as time goes by.

Griffey wont get 100%, but I think it will be highest % all time. I hope Piazza gets in. Bonds and Clemons no chance of course.

    My predictions:

Griffey - but no where near 100% - he breaks 90, I'd be surprised - weak class helps though
Piazza makes it this year - say 78%
    Bagwell just misses at 68%
Schilling breaks 50% - Clemens near that mark...Bonds remains polarizing, but deserves to be there - just like Rose.

How about some love for one of the best pure hitters of his decade (Edgar Martinez) and a borderline great all around guy in Alan Trammel...Raines and Lee Smith deserve recognition, but with the log jam of steroid users building - its now or never.

Have to agree here. Half those guys don't even belong on the list. JUst my opinion. Griffey gets in for sure, and I thought Clemens should get in but the PED's will keep him out I guess.

I don't see how Griffey could get 100% if Greg Maddux didn't.

Also, Bagwell is just as guilty as Bonds and Clemons on using roids.

    wow Griffey got 99.3%?
Maddux only got 91.9 % last year.

I would have wanted Maddux on my team far more than Griffey.

I loved Junior, who didn't love Junior (well maybe George because he wore his hat backwards) but look at Junior's last five seasons, look at it closely, you have to agree his last five seasons was horseshit.

Looks like my man Moose gets in in 2017 or 2018

Pretty much doubled his 24 percent from a year ago, good to see Moose getting traction.

Bagwell will get in next year. He is getting into that territory where Biggio was the year before he got elected in. Raines will make it next year because more people will vote for him in his last year of eligibility.

Raines deserves it. If Rickey Henderson didn't exist, Raines would be looked at MUCH differently. I'm glad he is gaining traction and it looks like he will likely get in next year. In his prime, he was just a notch below Henderson.

TR is still regarded as the second greatest leadoff batter that ever lived.
I can live with that moniker.
