    people who watch the games that they bet do very poorly in follow up bets because of the roller coaster emotions. never watch the games you bet unless its some big game that is worth watching even if you didn't bet.

    i routinely make 5k bets and very rarely watch the games that i bet. i sometimes peak in the last minutes of the game though and it wasn't good today when i peaked at my under 204.5 in the clippers.
