    Do performance enhancers really help in the NBA? I figured it could mess with your shot because of the added muscle mass..

    I guess it can make you faster alla Ben Johnson in the 100 yard dash.. I guess PED's can increase your cardio alla Lance Armstrong as well.. PED's also help with recovery..

    Yeah, I guess I can see why the NBA is dropping the hammer now..

    Jalen Rose broke this down, and said it required 3 violations for big al's name to be publicized and for him to be suspended without pay for 5 games.

    on the one hand big al got to smoke his pot. On the other hand he will lose over 800k worth of pay. Seems worth it. Yikes!!!!!!!!
