    Newton and the Panthers are making a statement!

    And the statement is Cam is the elite QB of the NFC right now, and the Panthers are team to beat in the NFC this year come tournament time.

    It's not all Cam either, that defense is legit.

    Don't care if they are whipping up on the Wahington Deadskins, Panthers are doing what they want to them, when they want and how they want to do it.


    No .500 team in the NFC east will beat them in the tournament, Minny/GB won't, Arizona could give them a game but I can't see them beating Carolina either.

    If you bet futures, get the best price you can get on the Cam Panthers to win the NFC and more than likely the whole ball of wax.

    Washington's 2 TDs were their only positive plays of the game too, 1 deep bomb to Desean & a kickoff return. So it's not even as "close" as the 41-14 score would indicate

    Kelly just another in a long line of successful NCAA head coaches that became collasal failiures as NFL head coaches.

    Lou Holtz was a NFL failure, Ercikson, Groh, June Jones, the list is endless that were awful as a pro head coach, Kelly joins that list.

    You should also look back at I beleive the 08/09 year when the Cards came into your lovely town and kicked them out to the golf courses. I'm thinking the same game will happen and also the same result. Carolina fans get out your clubs you'll be watching the Cards on Sunday!

    Newton played a good game but it's easy to pile up numbers when you get 4-5 seconds to throw; Carolina smoked on both sides of the line of scrimmage.

    Good to see a post about the Panthers. I was just thinking the same thing this last Sunday.
    They are undefeated and there isn't much talk about them compared to GB/Dallas/NE/Denver/SF and other negative scenarios
