    JJ, you left out probably the most important thing......Do not chase your losses and try to recoup fast! Use to speculate on interest rates for a living....knowing when to take a loss, is not only very impt.,but took me a long time to do. Also dont bet big when you got a big buzz on!!!....gl...hope this helps someone out there.
