Guys, talk to me about NitrogenSports...

What do you like about it?

What don't you like about it?

What's the most cost-efficient way to move money in and out? I've only used Bitcoin a few times, and that was through Circle.com and a Blockchain. Is this the best way to go about it? Is there a better way?

It makes me a little nervous that Nitrogen doesn't convert the bitcoin to USD. It's like we're gambling on games, and bitcoin, simultaneously.

    Anything else I should know?

If you believe in the long term viability of bitcoin, then sure why not? I haven't had issues this football season repeatedly funding my accounts, so no interest for me.

As I mentioned in poker chat, I made an account there specifically to check out their poker client... and they would've got a deposit from me if their poker wasn't a cheesy FLASH popup with shitty traffic.

From what I've gleaned reading about them on the Interwebs, however, their rep seems to be a solid bitcoin book with no glaring issues, to date.

Why not take the plunge and deposit a small amount to dik round with and gather some 1st person experience? Everything I've read about them suggests moving $$$ to and from is fairly hassle free.

    GL in your quest

    This

    To add a little:

    1. Instant deposits/withdrawals.
    2. Reduced juice.
    3. esports
    4. Freebie type contests. The current one is a parlay jackpot.
    5. Poker, Blackjack, Dice.
    6. I'm sure it's inevitable, but they have never canceled a bet due to a bad line.
    7. In business since 2012 with a clean history

Just signed up and deposited. The reason I deposited my BTC here and not 5dimes is there is no minimum deposit on Nitrogen. Transaction cost 0.00001xxxx and took under 3 minutes to credit to account. So far so good.

If you tried depositing BTC to other books like 5dimes, how long do you usually have to wait for the money to become available in your account?

Not long at all. Under 10 minutes, I'd say.

LOL--- you literally have to do so much more to deposit and cashout with the methods you described. CC deposits are subject to hold at almost all books and you're going to have to submit all kinds of documentation before they will give you any money back. Then you'll have to wait a week (most places more) for a check and then wait for it to clear you bank. Cryptic.

Bitcoin, circle, blockchain "nonsense" - no fees and instant and I don't have to submit documentation to the book I play at. I get cashouts the same day and they are in my bank account within 48 hours.

That's great that you're happy with your cryptic method that has worked for ages---but "nonsense"? sorry you're the one still going through hoops.

If you use Circle.com you're not even really dealing with BitCoin. Change your currency to USD and there is no volatility and next to zero loss on the transactions.

All you're ever going to lose is the exchange rate that you're book is giving you.... However, keep in mind, you'll get that difference back when you cash out to circle in USD ....

(if I deposit from Circle, I usually get $10 less than expected on a $1500 deposit---- However, when I cash out, I'm going to get that difference back because of the exchange rate.) For true value, buy your coins through BitStamp and then send to your book---cash out to a wallet like Circle and you'll make $30-40 per $3000 that you cashout.

And they can't even guarantee every NFL game will have one.

    Watch your mouth, kid.

I'll knock that cigar out of your mouth, bend you over, and shove it straight up your candyass. The lit side will be leading the way.

Larry Bird can watch, if you'd like.
