    why would he want to scam anyone out of points in the first place if all you can get is a pizza coupon? is it because he's broke and just wants to pretend he's betting by using them. as far as betting the overpriced money lines and worrying about getting shut off doing it, as long as you're not cashing out every week they could care less. chronic withdrawers are the nemesis of all books and treating your offshore book like a local (wanting to cash out every monday) will get you bounced or your limits reduced.
