    I think Cleveland won on TNF in Cincy last year...hard to see that repeating. No way I'm laying 10.5 though. I'd lay 7 but it's not gonna dip that low presumably.

    Cinci just got done playing the Steelers I look for them to have a let down game. But with Manziel playing the Browns have no chance. Horrible QB and an idiot off the field.
