Chris Mullin Coaching Debut Wasn't Too Good

Lost to Division II St Thomas Aquinas 90-58 in an exhibition game. Got a feeling it might be a long year for St John's.

Coaching the Johnnies is not a good way to stay in sobriety.

St John's is the team with a well known name that always sucks.
You always wanna root for them, but you know they have weak recruiting and trouble getting ppl to play there and compete with the bigger schools.
But yet, us New yorkers always wanna root for them and see them do well.

Mark Jackson was the man, and Mullin obviously.

I still think to this day Felipe Lopez could have been a solid NBA player had he chose a bigger, better, or even any different college (Not in NY to keep the pressures lower).

Chris Mullin took an almost impossible job for him to be successful at in my opinion. Even if he does well, they aren't going to be a top 10 team anytime soon.
