Irrelevant. UIGEA specifically excludes fantasy sports. That and the leagues are all ready in bed with them.
UIGEA excludes fantasy sports, but states can still legislate against them as they wish.
Now that the general public has (finally) been made aware of the fact that DFS's are gambling, hopefully we can get a legal shift on the legalization of gambling on games.
