granted the conditions are alot easier

but I don't think any of the guys from the 70's could kick in todays NFL and maybe only 2-3 guys like Morten and Gary Anderson would be able to sniff a roster spot.


I used to always say that when I had children I would be letting them choose whatever extra curricular activities they wanted to do but I would require them to practice kicking footballs, soccer balls, kickballs ect throughout the week as part of their chores.

the Idea being that, you don't have to have a ton of natural talent to land a decent scholarship for college football punting or placekicking.

Lots of college kickers still suck.

Philly kicker would be the exception. He blows.
