    Look at the other end though. Miami is trying to use David Phelps as a stop-gap mearsure in the starting rotation. It isn't working. Miami is 0-5 in its last 5 games behind Phelps, who is 4-16 the past two season as an underdog. Mets have won 5 straight and are the hottest team in baseball. NYM -142 5Dimes.
