    I make them bear. Not that premade shit. Whey, almond milk, fruit, even some collard greens (sounds gross but you can't taste them and they are great for you).

    I am not exactly sure what that is worth either. How is this thread being releated to fat people again??? Americans want to tie everything into being fat...

    Anyway i will say this... its good to eat breakfast b/c it jump starts your metabolism. They say ideally a person should try to eat to 5 small meals a day as opposed to 3 big meals a day.

    I eat breakfast maybe once a week, how do you guys stay on schedule? I mean the ones that are retired or otherwise not working. Anyone have any good tips? I have insomnia plus I like the evening for whatever reason. Probably army ops got me on that routine, but it's so hard to stay on track.

    Oh and dont say trazadone or any of that other shit, I dont like pills.
